What are the advantages of hiring linen?Hiring linen is convenient and cost effective. Your linen arrives at your holiday property perfectly pressed and laundered to meet Australian Hygiene Standards. Purchasing your own linen is expensive, usually requiring 3 sets to allow for busy times. There is also the added expense of water usage, electricity and cleaners’ costs to launder your linen.

How much is delivery and pick up?Delivery and pick up is free within Byron Bay township. However, if the dirty linen is not ready for pick up on the pre-arranged day, we will charge a fee to go back a second time. There is also a $5 surcharge for Sundays and Public Holidays. Also, additional fees may apply depending on the delivery location of your property. There is also a pick-up fee if you are hiring linen for a shorter period, such as holidays. This is a one-off fee to pick up the dirty linen at the end of the letting period.

What is the minimum amount I can order?Our minimum order within the Byron Bay Township and Suffolk Park is $50. For deliveries outside these areas please call us for a quote.

How long can I keep the linen?We ask that linen is not kept beyond 10 days. Most bookings are up to 7 days. However, some bookings will be 10 -14 days. If you have a booking lasting more than 7 days your guests will require a linen change during their stay.

Do I need to wash the linen before I return it?Please never wash hire linen. This is a specific requirement when you hire linen from us.

Do you supply fitted sheets?All our sheets are flat sheets. No linen hire service in Byron Bay supplies fitted sheets. Due to Australian Hygiene standards commercial linen is laundered at very high temperatures. The elastic in fitted sheets would not withstand such high temperatures.

How much notice do I need to give you for a delivery?We ask that you give us 48-72 hours’ notice. This is to ensure we have adequate linen in stock. If you forget or have a last-minute booking, we will do our best to get your linen there on the day however, we can’t guarantee it.

What time will my linen be delivered and picked up?Our deliveries are based on standard check out and check in times of 10am and 2pm. We will deliver your linen within these times. If you have a change-over on the delivery day, please let us know in advance and we will deliver your linen before 12 or any time that suits you. Our drivers will go back on the afternoon of the delivery to collect the dirty linen, unless otherwise advised. If the dirty linen is not there when we go back, we will wait for you to advise us when the dirty linen will be ready for collection. There is a fee of $11 to go back a second time.

Do you supply Super King Sheets, Bath Sheets and large Pillow Slips?"Yes. We supply all the above. Super Kings are a great option for the bottom sheet on a King bed as King beds often have a large topper. Our King Pillow Slips fit a longer standard pillow while our Bath Sheets are a larger luxurious towel.
